In our Bar/Bat Mitzvah Program, students hone their Religious School skills into leadership capabilities. At the beginning of the Bar/Bat Mitzvah year, an individualized program of study is designed for each student. Working closely with the Rabbi and a select team of teachers, students discuss and study their Torah and Haftorah portions, learn to read and chant from the Torah scroll, prepare a speech, and learn, in a deep way, the joys and responsibilities of growing up Jewish.
